Baseball Extraleague continued in Friday and Saturday with 7th and 8th round. In Friday's Brno derby game win AVG Draci Brno against MZLU Express 8:2. In Saturday's revenge won Draci again 5:1 and they remain unbeaten team in czech Extraleague.
Black Hill Blansko enjoyed on Saturday from their first win in competition. In second Saturda's game beat Krc Altron 1:0. First game was postponed for weather conditions.
Skokani Olomouc won both games against Tegola Titans 2:0 and 9:11 and pop up second position in czech Extraleague after 8th round where they are with Technika Brno which won both games against vice champions 2006 Arrows Ostrava 5:4 and 10:7.
After these games there is visible dominance of Draci Brno. Otherwise rest of the standing is composed and 5 teams can be reach play-offs. For saving Extraleague fight Black Hill Blansko with Tegola Titans. These two teams have scheduled games in 9th and 10th round played next weekend. First game will bew broadcasted by local sport channel CT4 Sport. First broacasted game in 9th and 10th round will be Thursday's Brno derby between AVG Draci Brno and Technika Brno.

Weekend in czech Extraleague was completed in Saturday already. There were no night games. Skokani Olomouc presented power in a game against Black Hill Blansko and brought two wins 6-1 and 12-7. Champions Draci Brno smashed Tegola Titans 10-0 and 13-3. Arrows Ostrava won both games against unbeaten Express Brno 3-2 and 12-2 and Technika Brno brought one win from Prague in a game against Krc Altron. Result of last serie: Krc Altron vs. Technika Brno 1-4 and 7-0.
On Tuesday May 8th will Brno hosted ALL STAR GAME 2007 where champions 2006 Draci Brno will play against All Star team from czech Extraleague. In second game will play czech junior national team against junior champions 2006 Draci Brno.

Weekend's games started on Thursday evening in Haarlem, where the game between home Corendon Kinheim and Konica Minolta Pioniers. Visitors saw not only repeat of 2006 Holland Honkbal Serie, but the first lost of Corendon also. Konical Minolta won 3-2 and broke 4 win streak of Corendon.
Amsterdam Pirates on Saturday registered first win in season 2007 beating Mr. Cocker HCAW 10-8. At Haarlem Corendon Kinheim needed only 7 innings to beat ADO 11-1. MediaMonks RCH won in Rotterdam against Sparta/Feyenoord 4-3, when in 8th inning ran for winning point. At Almere Konica Minolta Pioniers used 5 pitchers against Almere Magpies and won 5-4.
MediaMonks RCH won their third game in row on Sunday when they beat Sparta/Feyenoord 10-9, when they led 10-3. Amsterdam Pirates lead 2-0 with Mr. Cocker HCAW, but Mr. Cocker won finally 4-2 in 10th inning. ADO recovered team from Saturday's big loss and defeated Corendon Kinheim 7-4. Konica Minolta Pioniers beat Almere Magpies 7-5 when Magpies led 4-1 in a game, but Pioniers turn over game in 7th inning by 6 runs in row.
On June 24th the first official game of the Israel Baseball League, IBL, will take place between the Modi'in Miracle and the Petach Tikva Pioneers. Israel's first pro league comprises six teams which will each play 45 regular season games, followed by the All Star Game on July 29th and the final on August 19th. Participants: the Bet Shemesh Blue Sox, coached by Ron Blomberg (8 years in the Major Leagues with the Yankees and White Sox); Modi'in Miracle led by Art Shamsky (ex Reds, Mets, Athletics and Cubs from 1965 to 1972); the Netanya Tigers coached by Shaun Smith, head coach of the Auburn Orioles (premier league Australian team); the Ra'anana Express with Ken Holtzman (the greatest Jewish pitcher in Major League history, with a record of 174 wins and 150 defeats in over 15 seasons with the Cubs, Athletics, Orioles and Yankees, as well as two nohits); Tel Aviv Lightning with Steve Hertz (prestigious college level career with over 20 years at Miami Dade College) and the Petach Tikva Pioneers.
Sunday sees the start of the Finnish National Championship, with the participation of 7 teams: the Espoo Expos, favourites once again and hoping for a fifth consecutive victory, Espoo Atletics, Helsinki Icebreakers, Helsinki Puumat, Tampere Tigers and two new teams with their headquaters in Helsinki, the US Eagles and Malmi Bullets.

AVG Draci Brno czech champions from previous 12 years started Extralegue with 4 wins. Draci won both games against Skokani in Olomouc, when they allowed only one run for Skokani. The next team from Brno MZLU Express started competition very well, as their former team Draci Brno still didn't loss game. During weekend beat Krc Altron 4-2 and 6-0. In a game of teams without win beat Technika Brno Black Hill Blansko 8-2 and 5-4. The last serie between home Tegola Titans Prague and vice champions 2006 Arrows Ostrava was very equal and each team brought one win from weekend serie. In first game won Arrows 5-4. Titans won the second game with the precize pitching and excellent defense 2-0.

Two splits in Top-Matches in Germany
NORTH
In the Top-Match of the Northern Division Bonn Capitals split with Cologne Cardinals. The guests from Cologne won the first game 11:4 and Dirk Fries has got his first win this season. In game two the home team destroyed Cardinals in 5 innings and the mercy rule was applied. 18:3 and fourth win of the year for Tim Henkenjohann, who improved to 4-0.
Neunkirchen Nightmares split at home with HSV Stealers. After losing the first game 6:10 they took the second one under their belt 2:1.
The only team in north with two wins was this weekend Paderborn Untouchables. They beat newcomer from Hannover 22:1 and 11:1.
SOUTH
A superb clash between Saarlouis Hortnet (5-1 before the weekend) and Regensburg Legionaere (6-0) was on this weekend in south. The first game was taken in 10 innings and after more than 3 hours Hornet became the first team this year to beat Legionaere. The result was 7:6 and Ales Keprta got his fourth win of the campaign (4-0). The second game proved that Legionaere are still the team to beat in south and gave the Hornet great lesson by ten running them 12:2 in six innings. Legionaere still stay on top of the table, while Hornet are second.
At Sandflora Stadium in Mainz the home Athletics won the first game agains Heidenheim Heidekoepfe 9:3 (Manny Moller improving to 3-1). The first game was decided in the seventh inning by 7 runs of the home team. In game two ex-Fuerth pitcher Peter Dankerl recorder his secon win of the year and Heidekoepfe beat Athletics and their Canadian pitcher Larson 9:3.
No suprise happened in Mannheim, where the home Tornadoes beat Tubingen Hawks twice. 15:5 (win Jan Russel) and 9:0 (win Ozuna).
Gauting Indians, who were the nice surprise of the season start, lost both games at home against Haar Disciples. The bats were silent for the home team as they lost 1:7 and 0:3. In game 2 ex-Indiand Eddie Aucoin was close to perfect game and just his teammate error made it "only" no-hitter shu-out.

Spain
Both group in Division Honor already recognized their favourites. In Group A is still unbeaten champions 2006 Marlins Puerto Cruz and everything appears that Marlins will play for a title again. In Group B is the situation similiar, vice-champion 2006 FC Barcelona is still unbeaten and in this weekend series against CBS Rivas demonstrated their batting power (12-1 and 21-8).
There is still begin of season in Spain so we are not still able to recognize if there were any surprised results in a games.
France
In Elite serie there were already formed strong top 4 which contain champions 2006 Rouen Huskies, vice-champions 2006 Stade Toulousian, Templiers Senart and Savigny sur Orge Lions. These teams are still unbeaten and in next weekend series we can expect the next wins for top 4 teams.
Germany
Nothern division of Bundesliga already finished 4 games and this competition is only one of focused competitions where you can't find unbeaten team. Champions 2006 Solingen Alligators has one lost from first playing weekend (against Paderborn Untouchables) and unbeaten team from previous weekend Bonn Capitals loss one game during weekend (again against Paderborn Untouchables). At once after first two teams is Paderborn Untouchables which had very had first two weekends when Untouchables met Alligators and Capitals.
Southern division has only one unbeaten team after first two weekend games german vice-champions 2006 Regensburg Legionaere. Behind Legioaere is table very balanced and exactly next games will disclose who will probably fight with Legionaere for a Southern division title.
Italy
Serie A1 completed their first played weekend respectively first played three games series. It is very soon to evaluate teams after first games. But according to assumption all four favourites in series won all three games (Bologna, Rimini, Grosseto and Nettuno).
Netherland
Hoofdklasse started season this weekend. We have completed only Saturday's games and the situation is the same like in italian Serie A. There was only one open game between ADO and Sparta/Feyenoord. Finally Sparta/Feyenoord won without any troubles 10-2. In the other games won favourites of games. Champions 2006 Kinheim beat Almere Magpies in their first game under new nickname 9-4, vice champions Pioniers won defeat HCAW and finally Neptunus defeat 10-2 RCH in their debut in big league.
